岗位职责:
- 负责闪烁晶体材料、核探测器器件整体研发设计、工艺迭代、产品优化,推进核心技术落地与突破;
- 独立牵头核心研发项目,负责方案设计、试验验证、技术攻坚、量产转化,器件封装、探测性能优化等关键技术难题;
- 搭建、完善闪烁材料与核探测产品的技术标准、工艺体系、测试体系;
- 负责技术团队的专业指导、技术沉淀、经验传承,带动团队技术能力升级。
任职要求:
- 学历专业:材料、光学、物理、核工程、光电等相关专业,本科及以上学历;
- 经验背景:具备多年核探测器、闪烁晶体材料行业从业经验,熟悉国际主流闪烁晶体及核探测产品技术体系;
- 技术能力:精通各类闪烁材料(BGO、溴化镧、碘化钠等)特性、核探测器结构设计、性能调试与产品优化,能够独立攻克核心技术瓶颈;
- 项目能力:可独立负责核心研发项目,具备从技术研发、样品迭代到量产落地的全流程经验;
- 综合能力:具备较强的技术复盘、团队赋能能力,沟通流畅,可适配国际化技术交流与协作。
Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake the overall R&D design, process iteration and product optimization of scintillation materials and nuclear detector devices, and drive the implementation and technological breakthrough of core technologies.
- Independently lead core R&D projects, covering scheme design, experimental verification, technical tackling and mass production transformation, and solve key technical problems in device packaging and detection performance optimization.
- Establish and improve the technical standards, process systems and testing systems for scintillation materials and nuclear detection products.
- Provide professional technical guidance for the team, summarize and pass down technical experience, and drive the overall upgrading of the team’s technical capabilities.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Optics, Physics, Nuclear Engineering, Optoelectronics or related disciplines.
- Professional Experience: Years of working experience in the field of nuclear detectors and scintillation crystal materials, with proficiency in international mainstream technical systems of scintillation crystals and nuclear detection products.
- Technical Competencies: Proficient in the properties of various scintillation materials (including BGO, lanthanum bromide, sodium iodide, etc.), nuclear detector structural design, performance commissioning and product optimization; capable of independently breaking through core technical bottlenecks.
- Project Capabilities: Able to independently take charge of core R&D projects, with full-cycle experience in technology research and development, sample iteration and mass production implementation.
- Comprehensive Competencies: Possess strong capabilities in technical review and team empowerment; with fluent communication skills and the ability to participate in international technical exchanges and collaboration.
