Account Representative (AR) - Overseas Ground PV & Energy Storage (Europe)

Job Type:



Full - time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results - driven Account Representative (AR) to join our overseas team, focusing on the ground photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage business in Europe.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth to achieve business targets in these key markets.



 



Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with key clients, including utilities, industrial plant owners, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies in the Europe.



Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, track market trends, and analyze competitors' activities in the ground PV and energy storage sectors.



Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial client contact and opportunity mining to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.



Collaborate closely with cross - functional teams, such as Solution Representatives (SR) and Field Representatives (FR), to provide comprehensive solutions that meet clients' needs and ensure smooth project implementation.



Ensure timely collection of payments from clients, manage accounts receivable, and maintain healthy cash flow for the business.



Provide regular reports on sales performance, market dynamics, and client feedback to the management team, offering insights for business strategy adjustment.



 



Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.



At least 3 years of working experience in sales or account management within the ground PV, energy storage, or renewable energy industry, with a proven track record of successfully acquiring projects in the Europe.



In - depth understanding of the local market conditions, policies, and regulatory requirements related to ground PV and energy storage in Europe Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long - term client relationships.



Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in other local languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish for Europe;) is a plus. Strong self - motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast - paced and cross - cultural environment.



Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region to meet clients and attend business events.
